Our Return Policy

Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed Hassle-Free Return Policy 

At Decals Unlimited we stand behind our products 100%. So, if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, simply call us and ship it back to us within 30 days of receipt for 80% of your purchase price, there is a 20% restocking fee (this does not include your original shipping and handling fees). Please note, some items have specific return directions. Read below for details.

Directions for Returns

We must first receive a phone call stating your want to retrun the product.
We must receive your returned purchase within 30 days of receipt in order to issue a refund. The final date by which we must receive your return is listed on the packing slip that is sent along with your order.

After we have received your return, inspected it, and approved it for a refund, we will credit the approved refund amount to the credit card used to purchase the returned item(s). We do not accept COD returns of any kind.

Returning General Merchandise

  1. Pack up the merchandise you are returning, including the original packing slip. All returned items must be in their original purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer's containers. All packages, including the original manufacturer's containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.

  2. Ship your return package using the carrier of your choice. For your protection, we recommend you insure your package against loss and request delivery confirmation.

  3. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will credit your account, excluding shipping and handling charges, and restocking fee.

Late Returns

  • We must receive your returned merchandise by the return date indicated on the front of your packing slip. Items received after the 30-day return period will be rejected, and your package will NOT be returned to you.

    Exchanges
  • To exchange a product you have purchased at Decals Unlimited, please return the item you received, following the directions above, and place a new order for the item you would like. 

    Damaged or Defective Merchandise
  • If you believe a product was shipped in error from Decals Unlimited, turns out to be defective, or was damaged in transit, contact us at info@decalsunlimited.com or call 651-429-4465. Our Customer Service hours are 10am - 3pm CST. Email if you have an after hours concern. Note: All returns must be made within 30 days
